Kerry was strongly against Bush's handling of the war from the beginning, and now that the truth is coming out, we know Kerry and other senators were also lied to. The classified intelligence they were getting was badly tainted and doctored to give a false impression of the current danger of Saddam. If senators are given phony intel saying Saddam has nukes and is league with Al Qaida, you cannot blame any of them for voting to use force (as a last resort) to disarm him.
