We don't pick SC justices randomly. Bear in mind that the women being considered for the SC now grew up in the same world I did, where you took a minor in secretarial studies in case your husband died and you had to earn a a living. Give the pipeline a while to produce stunningly qualified women.


The elite law schools (top 10) have graduated more than 100,000 (10 X 200 X 50) over the last 50 years (my estimate). Let's just say that 10 per cent were women (even though woman make up more than 50% of the enrollment in law school these days). Of the 10,000 women that are there - graduates from the elite law schools (like Hillary etc) no one is equal to or better than Alito. I find that hard to believe.
