The economy is strong huh? Yes, it is good for the very rich and groups like Big Oil, but who's going to pay off the trillions in new debt spending which this economy is being boosted by? The CLinton economy was much stronger. It was all paid for. Huge difference.

Also, consider Bushie hidden taxes, much higher energy, health care and education costs. DOn't forget those because they are allowing those industries to gouge us without competition.

Certainly, Bush knows that as soon as he leaves office, his successor will have to deal with the mega-debt deficits problem. Which means someone will have to raise taxes, fees or slash spending including entitlements people have already paid for. It's a huge fiscal mess Bush is leaving behind.

Besides, its not about whether the Bush administration is being falsely or unfairly accused. We already know they've done a ton of damage. The administration is either badly corrupted or incompetent, or both. You put you money on the wrong horse. Face it and move on.

I was not happy about the Miers appointment. And I'm not happy about the spending. But the economy is quite strong, my taxes are lower, and under the most extremely difficult circumstances.

The economy is not strong.....unemployment has been at 5% for two years. Few new jobs are being created and the ones that are created are on the lower end of the pay scale. Meanwhile the federal debt is piling up, Iraq is costing a fortune and the Gulf Coast from TX to FLA is in a world of hurt.

But yes, he gave you your tax cuts. And that's the real reason why you love Mr. Bush.

But it has now been four years since 9/11 and the military under Bush has done a fantastic job of making the United States a safer place. To me, that is more important than everything else.

Yup. We haven't had a terrorist bombing in 4 years. And don't you pay any mind to those lib reporters who smuggle knives, corkscrews, box cutters, etc on planes. They're just trying to start trouble for Mr. Bush. Everyone knows the terrorists are afraid of Mr. Bush.

Consider what Bush has had to contend with -- the attempted theft of his first election win, a hateful, divisive contingent of Democrats from day one, 9/11, the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq; now Katrina, the biggest US natural disaster in history and all manner of crap in between.
And on top of that, he's the bike riding champ of the east coast division and will be a US alternative to the Olympics as soon as they recognize frisbee thowing as a sport. He's incredible and so multifaceted.

The man has done a fantastic job. No previous administration in our lifetimes has dealt with anything approaching the scale of these issues.

The Liberals need to STFU, quit bitching, and try to be part of the solution rather than trying to be part of the problem.

Right. The libs don't have a clue as to the genius Mr. Bush is.

History makes its mind up many years after the man is out of office. There is no doubt this Bush administration will be remembered in very favorable terms.

I think history has already decided about your Mr. Bush............
