That's why you have to confirm, and reconfirm your [HUMINT]information.. and evaluate and vet your sources.

When you can, if you can. Suppose we would have had lots of HUMINT in Iraq in 2002...do you think we would have learned that Saddam had no WMD? Would we have believed it? How would you have confirmed it?

But SIGINT is just as vulnerable to duplicity and deception..

You don't mean SIGINT, you probably mean COMINT.

But I saw the accounting receipt to purchase a vehicle for that explicit purpose. (btw, the raw documents are unclassified so I don't believe I'm illicitly disclosing anything..)

While the raw documents may be unclassified the analysis and conclusions are almost certainly classified. :o} You're even pushing the limit on sources and methods.

Looks to me like you need a rebrief on handling classified information. Putting classified information on a public network is considered a no-no. Maybe you'll be lucky and that information has already been declassified.
