It may be a fine time to resume nibbling on bonds. Traders assume that rates are going up, and selling bonds. Commercials - as usually, very nice, accommodating people - are there to oblige - and assume the risk of taking the opposite side to those short positions.

Fascinating, really.... "Easy Al" is being replaced by "Chopper Bucks Ben" -- but investraders are convinced that rates are going no place but skyward....
