See that's good. Decrease welfare benefits when you have an unemployment rate of 10% is bound to create new jobs? Interesting facts.. Probably explains much of the tensioin.. Cutting benefits without providing the means to help people become self-sufficient.. I remember in Sevilla last fall, I was speaking with some Spanish guys who were partying at 4AM on a weekday morning.. (I'd just found a hotel a couple of hours before was still wired.. so I was out looking around in the Barrio de Santa Cruz and came across this street party.. anyhooo...).. So I asked them why they were out so late (early).. didn't have to work? And they told me they were unemployed and had been since leaving school, stayed at home with the folks (which seems to be the norm), drew their unemployment check (despite not having previously held a job), bought nice clothes and had enough left over to buy cerveza and vino to their hearts content.. They told me the unemployment rate in Sevilla area was between 20-30% (Officially!!). I could only smile and wonder why Spain's unemployment rate was so high.. Let's see.. Work.. or Party??.. Stay with the folks or move out and have to pay for my own apartment?? Hmm.. All I know if my father told me he was going to buy me a full set of camping gear for my 18th birthday.. And then change the locks on the house.. (he didn't actually do it though.. ;0) Then there's the human trafficking of Chinese laborers into Israel. But let's not get into that. Seems that would be pretty difficult to hide them there.. ;0) Are they Chinese Jews? Hawk
