I see that as just more reason to leave them alone. I see no reason to "free" them from their own delusions. We should treat them the same way you'd personally treat an agitated schizophrenic homeless person on the street - cross to the other side! In the community of nations, because of their economy and leadership - they ARE an agitated schizophrenic homeless person!

South Korea seems to want to have a rapproachment with them, and they're related - support them in doing it. I don't see them as that dangerous for us - especially if we don't antagonize them. If I was directing our foreign policy, I'd make sure we antagonized them less than their nearer neighbors did. They may be fanatics, but they're stuck in N. Korea. S. Korea and China should worry, but S. Korea doesn't seem to be worried and China probably thinks it could handle anything N. Korea does. Japan seems more worried than anyone else.
