But then there is the pay back thing... and as that happens we're likely to see the nastiest recession of my lifetime. The stupid Neo's are paying for their "new American century" scheme with the prosperity of the next generation.

This, from a man who believes Social Security and Medicare are minor problems.

"The stupid Neo's"? LOL.

No, you just don't GET it John.<g> Never mind that we've been through this entire economic scenario BEFORE with Ray Gun and it didn't work then either. Bush I had to RAISE TAXES, as did Clinton, to pay down the debt of the Ray Gun years.

Now, we're into this magical thinking Voodoo crap AGAIN, led by a clown who missed that it didn't work first time around! It would be so great if you could cut taxes and increase revenues all the while spending like a "drunken sailor"!

How do the supply-side wackos explain the "high" tax, fiscal responsibility, wonderful economy Clinton years? Isn't that supposed to be impossible?

Pity the President the chimp hands off to. He's going to have to work hard to explain the he inherited the economic pain we'll be feeling by then.
