Like Twain said, "The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco."

They put Candlestick (now ironically known as Monster Park given the performance of the 9ers) and SFO right in line of the most consistent and strong winds of the Bay. Candlestick moreso than SFO, but still.

Given the amount of summertime tourists I see in shorts and those tourist-trap SF sweatshirts at Fisherman's Wharf, I suspect SF's weather is not well-known. KM's GG experience verifies that.

Ahhhh, but it makes for great wind.
