Fine, but why balance gender and religion rather than speed and strength? You keep arguing the merits of balance. I'm not arguing against balance. I'm just trying to get you to offer some rationale for the particular characteristics you have chosen to balance. How might a different religious or gender mix have changed, for example, that decision about eminent domain in Connecticut, Kelo vs. New London, that caused all that uproar? How might a different strength and speed mix have changed that decision?
