Atlanta seems to have a ton of high end condo projects going on though to me it is not even close to the speculation in high end condo projects in many areas of Florida which IMHO is the phoniest so called boom of all in the country. It seems there is a real need for much of the activity up and down Peachtree St. Amazing how much new home activity there is far outside 285 beltway but the prices are very reasonable.
