Another strong growth play is the fund's investment in ARM Holdings (ARMHY), acquired for an average cost of $3.10 a share. Holtz thinks the Cambridge, U.K.-based stock is worth as much as $7.50 a share. ARM Holdings is a key component maker for cellphones. The fund bought into the British company after ARM bought out its holdings of Artisan, a U.S.-based maker of components or building blocks for semiconductor designers. "When we looked at ARM, we found that it had an even better competitive position than Artisan, so we decided to buy in," recalls Holtz.
