carrenza - found something interesting in those patents

In the ETSI database there are now 2 listings for Qualcomm, Inc. The new listing has, on October 14th, 2005, Q declaring those patents as essential to AMR, GERAN, GPRS, LCS, and UMTS projects...Note - in their declaration to ETSI, Q promises FRAND. Straw that broke the camel?
