I though that DX-2240 is Tie-1 antagonist, as Angio-2 is to Tie-2. However, Tie-1 ligands' biologic functions appears opposite to function of the Tie-2 ligands. How you see this complexity (cross-talk between Tie-1/Tie-2 and their ligands) to be resolved by Dyax "small" capacity (man power and resource) in cancer biology? DNA has done some work on Tie-2, but no idea what results are.

PS: VPHM is true homerun this year. Congratulation!
