the schwab report is pretty much automated and doesn't include any extensive analyst remarks but the following is worth noting:

"...Insider Activity: Company Insiders are net buyers of
their stock, buying 424,499 shares in the three
months ending 8/31/2005...."

and with the decreased float, thta's a significant number of shares...
