The problem with Iraq is it's not even a real country, it was forced together after WWII. They have three warring ethnic groups, plus foreign fighters and the US, making for a big ugly mess. Saddam held the country together using force. But now - no one knows if anyone can hold them together. Christ, we don't even know who's attacking us over there. Now we're attacking the border area trying to keep out foreign fighters. But like the Mexican border, we can't secure that either. As soon as we leave they'll return.

It's a big mess Bush has made and a very costly one for the US. It was a huge blunder and if Saddam needed to be taken out there was a much smarter way to do it. Much smarter. Also, Bush should have been honest and not lied to the congress and American People. A liar and a failure. That is why no one likes or trusts Bush-Cheney anymore. That's why they're effectively finished as inspirational leaders. No one believes them anymore.
