Applying your ten percent formula to these numbers should give our pacifist friends some pause. They are not actually my numbers. I believe they are either CIA or DIA numbers and I forget which. They explained when the Muslim population gets to 8-10% or higher the government falls. Yugoslavia and Romania were the two most recent examples. Everyone knows what happened in Yugo. About 15 years ago a corrupt communist govt fell in Romania. It was replaced by another corrupt govt which has been replaced by another govt that may be corrupt too...If the latter is not it is nonetheless struggling.
