We'll see if it's reality or just the latest wishful thinking from the chimpistration. By the '06 elections under that plan, Iraq may be in full fledged civil war, with our reduced troops hunkered in little "Fort Apaches".

The Bush plan is to have a permanent military force in the middle of the ME. They may draw down but the plan is not to withdraw.
