I believe I read the fact that centrifuge equipment which could be used for uranium was found buried in a scientists backyard in Bagdad.

Both ISG reports by David Kay and the other guy concluded that Saddam had the intent to recreate his nuclear and WMD programs after sanctions were lifted based on the statements of Iraqiis involved. But that is only their opinion.
