It's still up to the Republicans and they will not impeach one of their own even if their own is Stalin redux. The Bushies stance on torture is ridiculous. It shows how little they respect the press or their employers...us. They don't do torture but they won't go into why Cheney wants an exemption for the CIA from liability for torture but they don't do torture and yet they want the exemption but they don't do torture but they need the exemption and everything is a big secret on the global war on terrorism. Utter bunkum. The global war on terrorism, such as it is, is much less important than the US and British war on government lying.
