BUSH said "we cant wait for the smoking gun to be a mushroom cloud" and he said it in a way meant to scare ordinary Americans into compliance, like he was telling children a ghost story. When saying this he knew damn well Saddam had no nuclear program, not any missiles or aircraft capable of delivering any such weapons. But he said it anyway and sos did Rice, Cheney and Rummy, right after they planted the phony nukes story in the NY Times. Then they said "see even the liberal Times says there are nukes in Iraq". Liars, liars, liars.
