I doubt if you could get much of a multilateral action together without addresses most, if not all, of those issues. Yet another reason to stay away from unilateral action, now that we have validated, again, that a small group in the right place can drive a war with little or no justification. Not that we didn't know that from the Spanish American War, but some lessons apparently need to be relearned periodically. So the poor politicians are forced into lying to do the "right" thing? Al
