Like "insurgency", "unrest", "incremental", "rebuilding infrastructure", etc. And nothing about "rose petals", "paying for itself", "6 days, 6 weeks, 6 months", etc...

I'm as surprised as you that there are probably thousands upon thousands of military lifetime professionals who have spent their careers learning how to nation build and what to do after the removal of a regime such as Saddam's, and yet none of them seem to have been consulted in this case! Well, those who did were quickly dispatched of, or mercilessly silenced as un-patriotic or dismissed as incompetent ...Shalikashvili, Scowcroft (some said he was speaking for W's dad), Brzesinsky, O'Neal, Zinni...dare I say it, Wilson...so many voices abroad too.
