I don't find military hardware with foreign markings commonly where I live in the U.S.,

The US is one of the chief arms supplier to other nations. Hence you would not find military hardware with foreign markings in the US.

Regarding the US judicial system and the US democratic process. Fitzgerald had to get a unanimous decision to indict Libby from the members of the grand jury which he did not have a hand in selecting. There itself is the first conviction. Now we are going to the second jury selected by common consent of the lawyers from both sides. The conviction by the grand jury is a "smoking gun". Yes we did not see the bullet leaving the gun but none the same there is smoke from the gun.
And how hypocritical you sound defending our judicial system when you failed to outright condemn those who denied Hariet Meirs her day in court and forced her to withdraw. What Libertarism do you exhibit in the face of a Republican Senator's condemnation of what happened to Meirs. Sen. Spectre is a vanishing breed. He realized that impeaching Clinton was against American values and he came out against that. Today he has denounced the Meirs "forcible withdrawl". We need more like him in the Senate.

You say that the White House did not provide the evidence of the fuselage buried in the sand. How can a fuselage buried in the sand where there is no runway lead you to conclude that Saudis were training in Iraq? Iraqis said that!! Say what. How much were they paid to say so.

Lies after lies after lies. And finally they (Libby and Co.) got caught.

If Bush had any shred of evidence about that fuselage being used as a training facility, he and Cheney would have been doing an Irish jig around it on live TV, while touting the Saddam-Al Qaeda connection.

Since we haven't heard Bush or Cheney or even Rumsfeld mention it...it's clear they left it for Limbaugh and Newsmax to make much ado about nothing.

Show me the money. First link to Bush, Cheney or even Rummy talking about this facility and I'll buy you a beer.
