We need tough new campaign laws to stop rightwing cheating and smear campaigns. These Rove specialities are what put Bush in power and they are absolutely unethical and anti-American. 1) Political TV ads cannot be lies, just like commercial TV ads. That would eliminate 95% of all Bushie ads last year. Plus the smearvets odious pack of lies. 2) Corporate lobbyists can only give $2000 the same as citizens. 3) Voting machines must all have easy to check paper trails and be easy to have re-counts. 4) Voter roll scrubbing and other dirty tricks to limit black voting should be criminalized. 5) Planting phony stories in the media should be illegal.
