Remember the hugh blackout (was it last year?)anyway...well like on 9/11 I was in Manhattan... Let me tell you, all other major cities would be lucky if their residents behaved even half as well.

When the first Mayor Daley was running Chicago in the 60s and there was a riot in Chicago, he went on TV and gave his police the order to "shoot to kill". Stopped that and future riots.
