so many conference calls today, how do you guys find time to post? <ggg> Listening to TOL right now. I just want to sneak in a quick word here. I HAVE NEVER HEARD BOB TOLL IDENTIFY SO MANY MARKETS THAT ARE SOFTER.

You are using ONE HOUSE - YOURS as if that is AVERAGE. What makes you think the behavior of your house is remotely close to average? I am not doubting what your records show or for that matter what the averages show. I strong question any point that says "well the number of bedrooms in my house did not go up" therefore the size of houses in general did not go up. I am not disputing in the least your figures. I strongly dispute the correlations and conclusions you are making about them. Mish
