Apparently, there is no problem. We did not sign the protocol. Smart thinking on the part of Bush and Cheney. You don't sign the protocols, you can not be found guilty. This is percolating in Europe right now...if true, this will blow up like a dirty bomb here... I would prefer it be white phosphorus. apparently there are three former american soldiers in a televised documentary on RAI, Italian tv. Whatch this turn into a full fledged mess that pours gas on fire. Good. I guess talking about the Avian flu won't be getting people's minds off Iraq any time soon. ted
