OTOH in typical media fashion the article didn't get to the core and actually put the wording in: <Critics of the new language charged that it was an attempt to inject God and creationism into public schools, in violation of the constitutional ban on state establishment of religion.> So we really don't know what their beef is. It seems to me that anyone going for a walk and stopping to ponder just about any plant on the planet would agree with at least the term "intelligent design". This may actually be an important distinction from the 'wacko creationists' who think god created the world in 7 literal days and nothing has changed since. DAK
