Frontline did a piece on Abu Ghraib and Gitmo treatment of detainees. Woo, the guy who penned the torture crappola, said he kinda sorta thought that torture may have perhaps been effective in places like Israel maybe and perhaps it prevented some terrorist attacks....mebbe. Unreal. McCain says over and over and over again that torture doesn't work and Durbin nearly came to blows against one of those 9 idiot Republican Senators on the News Hours tonight over this issue. OMG. I thought he was going to come out of his chair and punch the smarmy twit. All semblance of civility is out the window and it's high time it did. :)
