Geoff, If, and when, marijuana is legalized, a system must be set up to inspect the quality, and make sure there are no additives that can be dangerous to the health of the user. It should be taxed in the same way alcoholic beverages are taxed, and made illegal for underage people to buy, and use, it.

Since I have had experience with alcoholism, I know that if a person wants to get any thing bad enough, he will find a way to get it. Some say that an alcoholic just doesn't have enough will power to stop drinking, but if you want to see will power at it's max, try to keep a drunk away from a drink. Alcohol is just a debilitating as marijuana, but both of them are dangerous and can cause grief for entire families.
