Bill, we still don't know all the details about how Libby is alleged to have lied under oath and obstructed justice. If the new facts show that he did not do those things, I am sure the charges will be dropped. Again, it does not matter to a charge of perjury if the whole world knew who Plame was, it only matters if Libby lied about how and when he knew about it and what he did with the info. No pardon is warranted in this case, no matter what. If he is innocent or the charges are dropped, great. If found guily, then he should be punished. Simple.
