Ruff, I don't think you once answered my questions about sho and I asked them again and again. I can only assume where you stand on that. "You just want to change the subject and basically say that you would prefer scamming shorts to get retail money rather than scammy insiders and managements" Manipulating what I say will only work for yourself here Ruff and maybe in trial. That's not what I said at all. What I did say and I'll ask you again (probably the 4th time now). If you had the choice of no shorts (what the most likely outcome will be if you get your way) or some shorts (as it is now) which do you choose? You do realize that naked shorts get bought in too I hope. The clearing firms still have to have the paper. I realize you are against any kind of manipulation as am I as is almost everyone, duh! That's a very noble cause and completely ridiculous at the same time because the market is where the crims hang out and always will since it is closely related to money. I will ask again: DO YOU UNDERSTAND that what you are calling for will eliminate all shorting of cheap stocks and that would BE BAD FOR INVESTORS INCLUDING YOURSELF? Do you or not comprehend this point? I believe there was 170ish stocks on sho today, big deal. That's not a widespread problem Ruff. I think it's not enough personally as most of them are "unshortable" from a retail standpoint and need to have some shorts in there to be healthy and maybe get squeezed or supported on the way down. Do I need to repeat my question about sho again to you?
