At least four respected people have come forward saying it was common knowledge in some circles that Plame was CIA, including Andrea Mitchell.

I think these four people had an obligation to notify Patrick Fitzma of their
experience with Lying Joe Wilson.

I also believe that the odds for a conviction are approaching zero and maybe the whole case should be closed now rather than later.

I suspect you'll get the chance. Andrea Mitchell was on TV when she said it, so it's going to be very hard to back away from the statement.
