I think you have your cases mixed up. It is unclear that you can prosecute a criminal case after an impeachment. One could claim it is double jeopardy, though I disagree. I don't think there was a plee deal with Starr, he decided the crime did not rise to that level.

However there was a settlement in the Paula Jones trial, for a disclosed amount of cash. There was also a fine or some settlement for perjury.

his disbarment was after action from a lawyers professional ethics organization, though I don't remember who.
