That's the most likely scenario.
Maybe get the same 'sentence' as Clinton, or less because there was no underlying crime.

I haven't seen the meat of the Libby indictment, however if I was to judge this one simply on appearance, I would have Libby go to trial. Fitz' body language and eyes during his televised description of the indictments appeared to project a lack of confidence in what he was presenting.

We shall see. I hope it goes to trial. Let the chips fall where they may.

A trial is needed to clear the air.
