I don't know if you're hosed, but consider this. The recent announcement of the deal with Excopeta says they will be drilling the North Alexander Prospect...

But in 2004 Escopeta announced a different deal with ATUX.OB to drill the North Alexander Prospect. Nothing seems to have come of it...
