Your point is a legitimate one. There are misconceptions in this area.

As you seem to be expert in this field, perhaps you could detail some brokers you have used and their requirements. Information about how easy or difficult it is to obtain borrows would also be appreciated.

I will be looking forward to seeing your response to rrufff's questions. Tell us the set-up you are using to do naked shorting of stocks under $5 with brokerage firm, name of contact, etc.
