Cheney is to blame for outing Valerie Plame. His righthand man is already indicted and is guilty. But Scooter is Cheney's responsibility. Rove was also involved and this means Bush was probably involved. Also likely co-conspirators include Bolton, Rice, Hadley, Card and the others on the "sell WMD lies commission" in the WH. One of them, a State Dept official named Wilkonson, has blown the whistle on this crew. Plamegate will at least indirectly lead to the downfall of both Bush and Cheney, as well as all the others.
