How can you possibly attribute this to clinton? Why not Ronnie, he pulled the Marines out of Lebanon without a fight when the Marine Barracks were blown up killing around 240 Marines. that reinforced Arab hopes we were wimps. Ronnie also did nothing when the US Embassy was blown up , killing a friend of mine and around 60 others. I am Nick's dad. PS When Clinton was president the Jordan police stopped a big plot to blow up several of the same hotels at the millineum and they were helped behind the scenes by US. We also stopped a plot to blow up the LA airport and while Clinton was uneven in his approach, i agree there, but he did warn Bush in 2/01 that Arab terror was the biggest threat to US security; but Ms Rice the Russian expert , wanted to get the administration to focus on the ex Soviet territories instead. Bush is a total dufus on foreign policy and is actually doing just what he warned against in his 2000 campaign.
