And where do the French and Russians play into all of this? I've seen a lot of Iraqi weaponry around here, and not much of it is American. In fact, most of it appears to be Russian... Things that make you go "hmmm..." What kind of assault rifle is the Iraqi Army being armed with today? American? How about the mujahideen fighting the Soviets in Afghanistan all loaded up with AK-47s. Did you go "hmmm...", maybe the Soviets are arming the mujahideen? Maybe you think we can dig up old DOD budgets and find a line item labelled: Iran-Contra? The CIA isn't getting wild accolades for their brilliance, but they're not that stupid. The CIA knows how to launder money through third party countries. jttmab
