John Q, what you say about energy is always so sensible that I may have to start worrying more about bird flu than I have <G>.

I guess we will just have to wait for the first big blast of cold air, if it ever comes again, to see whether people are able in various ways to cut back on natural gas consumption.

You may well be correct....I'm really beginning to think you just play whichever way the panic is this week. Todays trading seems to be a good example. OSX down 6....did I miss the news of the collapse of all energy use in China, on Yahoo, when I signed on?
