Dubai wants Refco? I was actually once offered a job trading options and futures for Kuwait. Negotiations broke down when they told me I had to live in Kuwait. I was thinking Palo Alto. Good salary, but you can't gamble, date the local women or drink. And it gets warm there in the summer. This was way before the Iraqi invasion, so that wasn't a concern.
