Thanks Sioux. Had also been active trying to get my candidate elected for mayor of San Diego. Although I am a Republican (NOT a neocon!), I supported a Democratic candidate. Too bad she lost. She was ahead in the poll, but then made a big mistake of suggesting to increase sales tax to support the city pension shortfall. Really too bad since she is not a politician but a good common sense leader. Well, I am wondering what Pat Robertson is. Anybody claiming to have a direct line to God is blasphemous.Although I live in a place which shares the same zip code with heaven, I don't claim to have a direct line to Almighty.
