Right, only 39% say he is less ethical.
Wonder what that number was during Clinton's second term.

Bush's problem now seems to be competence, along with the disturbing morphing of republicans into democrats.

Who cares? His overall approval rating is right down there with Nixon. Clinton's ratings never got that low. IMO a president with a 36% rating needs to leave office asap.
