Many thanks, my friend. Sasamat is up to its usual tricks of ignoring all minimized US shareholder who happened to be bold enough to diversify into buying Walsh's holding company--old BreSea--back in the Bre-X heyday.

When I saw who bought up the $30mil bank account and the lease revenue generating corporate "bricks and mortar" BreSea home office building, I'll admit, I groaned and moaned.

Looks like I was premature in declaring Sassy D.O.A. <g>

As I understand it after reading the dogrel you just summarized and I've since found the .pdf file on the proxy (thanks to another fine SI member who shall remain anonymous) I'm already money ahead in my old BreSea holdings by about 150%...not bad for a 10 year investment, eh?<grin>

So,
once again,
David Walsh,
current singing canary, Felderhoff notwithstanding, and currently starring on the witness stand,
Walsh has been a money maker for me.

I think I'll hold on to these goofy Sassy shares and see what happens next.

Cement business is something I know a thing or two about...I'll tell you that story someday...<g>...
so I'm actually pleased to learn I'm a shareholder in a blowin' 'n goin' German cement biz, feeding the voracious Chinese dragon for the next several years.

You "live up there" in Cando Land...wanna take a flyer on Sassy?<g>

Holiday greetings, my friend. Do keep in touch. I hope this finds you and your family in excellent health, and still hopeful and forward looking.

Regards,
g-t
