It is sort of ironic that Iraq and Katrina happened in such a short span of time. Both have implications that could shake history. And both had to happen on Dubya's watch. Ok, he chose to go into Iraq and under a different president Katrina might have only been a terrible tragedy. But still...


Then again........maybe Katrina wouldn't have happened had Iraq not happened...........
