Ted, Clinton agrees with you there.

Not much effort on his part to swap the nuclear power plant agreement with something just as valuable to North Korea, but "nuclear-free." But he did have time to brag about the "accomplishments" he made toward peace on the Korean peninsula.

I have said it repeatedly on this thread.....Carter suckered him into that deal. Carter is not as stupid as people think he is. Carter just beats to a different drum and the people who think they are brilliant see that drum as being stupid.

Carter was a pro at national politics at a time when Clinton was just learning the ropes. Carter screwed him over. Clinton had two choices.........go along with it, or do a breach with Carter at a time when his position had not been solidified in the party. He chose to go along with the deal and Carter won.

And truth be told, the situation is not as bad as some would have us believe. Do you honestly think Kim stupid is going to nuke NK or Japan? If anyone should be worried, its me. I understand he has long range missiles now that could nuke my house. What would be the point of nuking the US.....unless you have a major death wish.

To me its alot to do about nothing. Besides, I think NK will crumble in a few years and Kim will be replaced.
