Hi Buddy,

I wish I had joined you on the buy side when BAC slipped below $41, but trader Brainard was waiting with his truck below $40. Kind of like when I got my dad out of FLEX recently at $13.95 but I waited to sell my position because I thought I could get $14. Now below $10 my dad is smiling and I'm kicking myself in the six.

Nice to see one of my old technology friends finally seeing the light. Stocks like SBSE were a GREAT 1990's play. They helped build my portfolio and allowed me to retire at 40. But the play died when the bubble burst and as much as I might hope for better, they just can't get on track again.

I know these companies very well and will continue to watch and hope for a turn around in their business. But until that time I will look for other companies to INVEST with and those with the best dividend yields will be at the top of my search list. This stratagy might not have me getting in at the bottom when stocks like SBSE rebound for real, but I also will not be sitting with large sections of my portfolio in dead money at best investments.

I'll be sure to check your latest stock update list. To be honest all that technical stuff usually makes my eyes glaze over, but I might be able to find a new lead to a new investment.

Let me know when you find a new stock idea than has a nice dividend. My current list of BAC, USB, WB, EBF needs to expand. With money market rates running north of 3.4%, I'm getting even more selective.

Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone on my new journey.

Chris
