You might be more realistic with 2008. We know there will be some time between an asset sale and the new co. being operational, that could easily stretch into 08. I am expecting drilling in Mexico to have accomplished what we need by 2007 though. I actually think( no basis for this really) That they will start to accelerate drilling in 2006.

Randy said 2006 so I add a year to what he says, 2007. He is a truthful man but he works methodically.
